Steamist Exciting Steamist Product Launch: the TSC-450 touchscreen control! Read all about it and more in the 2012 Residential Price Book. The price change is effective March 1, 2012 (not February 1, 2012, as indicated on the price book). Also, download Excel price file and parts list. Also, check out this new consumer brochure, which promotes Steamist's residential line, including the new TSC-450 and TSC-450T (traditional design) touchscreen controls. Tom's Tech Tip -- What Grohe cartridge is that? Sometimes a customer will come into your establishment to replace an old cartridge. Unfortunately, it's not always easy to identify the model, especially if the valve has been discontinued – but using a little detective work, it might be possible. Recently, a local dealer called our sales person Rob looking for help to idenitfy the cartridge on the left side of this picture. Luckily, Rob had this handy chart to help find the model number. |

Question: What is the model number of the cartridge he identified? (Hint: Rob already knew the cartridge on the right side of the picture was a 47 111 000 – the height of that cartridge helped identify the cartridge on the left.)
