CONTROL CABLE PROTECTION
You sold a luxurious Steamist TSG-7 and TSC-450 steam shower package to your customer Susan, but her contractor Sam comes to you with some concerns. "The last time I installed a steam shower," he confides to you, "the control cable connecting the control to the steam generator got damaged somehow and we had to tear into the shower wall. Naturally, my customer wasn't happy and it cost a lot of money to fix. Do you have any pro tips?"
You know that electrical cables can be delicate. You also know that obviously you have to be able to somehow connect the generator and control before the wall is finished, otherwise there is no access. But many things have to happen during the remodeling or construction process after the control cable is installed in the wall and before the control is installed, leaving the control cable exposed and vulnerable.
Apply what you learned: What will help Sam prevent damage to the cable connecting the generator to the control? (Hint: check the installation instructions for the TSC-450).
