Western Sales Company has been a premium plumbing manufacturers' representative agency for 40 years. Beginning in 1980, we have had the privilege to work with industry-esteemed manufacturers, including Grohe, Geberit, Oliveri, Steamist, MTI, and at one time, TOTO. Western Sales has represented several of its manufacturers almost since their introduction into the United States, including TOTO and Grohe.
Western Sales Company business practices emphasize a collaborative effort between technical customer service, unique customer programs, and innovative business tools. For example, we provide local technical support for all of our product lines, including project-site visits and stocked warranty parts. We also develop programs on a customer-by-customer basis according to what makes sense to the particular customer and particular product line, whether the programs are sales-incentives, buy-in opportunities, sales events, or training. All of these job-site visits and programs are trackable with our business tools, including scheduled follow ups, histories, budget tracking, and more.
